A record-breaking number of 1,150 festive bathers have had a splashing time in the Tenby Boxing Day Swim this morning. The fancy dress theme of Superheroes – in tribute to the RNLI in its 200th anniversary year – saw Batman, The Incredibles, Wonderwoman and a whole crew of emergency services dashing into the chilly waters
Those entering this year’s Tenby Boxing Day Swim will receive brand new designed medals, designed, produced and sponsored by local small business Lowri’s Shop. Read more HERE

Well, that was a real blast! A record 1,050 swimmers ran, trotted, walked, hobbled to the sea – a long way at low tide – after a stunning fancy dress parade and one of the best all-together starts. Soup and a bonfire’s warmth awaited their return and, of course, a medal, as below. Well done
